Our Youth Enterprise Hub provides a collection of development opportunities that empower young people with entrepreneurial aspirations to explore the possibilities of running a business.
An enriching environment with an encouragement of personal development, confidence boosting, and upskilling, our Hub creates catalyst for enterprise that allows business-minded young people to make informed decisions and progressions within entrepreneurship and commerce.
Our enterprise programmes range from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on ability and level of business knowledge – providing opportunities for all young people to explore enterprise and entrepreneurship as a viable career pathway, no matter their circumstances.

Pathway to Entrepreneurship (P2E)

Igniting entrepreneurial aspirations and providing the foundations for creating a business idea – aimed towards school leavers.
Duration: 6-12 weeks
This initiative provides under 16s the opportunity to gain the enterprise skills needed to advance as an entrepreneur exploring the world of commerce and business pitching.
Inspiring healthy competition, teamwork, and resilience whilst exploring topics such as marketing, legislation, and business structures, this enterprise project empowers learners with a foundation to grow a marketing plan for a product, fundraise the required capital, and take their product to market.
Boss Your Business

Turning a business idea into a concept – Aimed towards 19+ learners.
Duration: 6-8 weeks
This programme is designed for young people seeking the skills and knowledge needed to explore a pathway in starting a business. It will give members an understanding of the initial processes and requirements of a business start-up, knowledge of the first steps in creating a business start-up, including the marketing, legal and financial requirements, and an understanding of how to write a business plan.
Young Entreprenuers Academy

Turning a business idea into a reality – Aimed at those 16-30 with a viable business concept.
Duration: 24 weeks
The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is a programme that empowers young people with entrepreneurial aspirations to bring their ideas to life. Through the Academy, members will be a part of bespoke training sessions and tailored mentorship with experienced and successful business owners.
Following a two-phase delivery model, this six month programme begins with direct enhanced support covering the components of business start-up, ensuring members have an in depth understanding of their business plan and concept, marketing, and operations before registering their business with Companies House. Followed by a live business pitch to a panel of investors, and a second phase exploring topics of business growth and application.

During their time on the Academy, Young Entrepreneurs are paired with successful business owners and sector operatives as mentors, allowing for 1:1 support in developing a business growth mindset and achieving goals. Whilst also engaging with and growing a network of inspirational industry professionals, gaining powerful insights into the topics of business development.
