MyMCT are an award winning not-for-profit social enterprise who are passionate about empowering disadvantaged and disengaged young people across the Liverpool City Region into a positive destination.
We aim to create an environment where young people can reach their full potential whatever their circumstances. Our ethos is to enable every young person to develop and succeed, regardless of any barriers.
MyMCT are committed to delivering and measuring social value and economic impact by increasing Social Mobility, providing social return on investment and contribute to the economy.
We strive to achieve our vision through personal development programmes, and the assessment and presentation of employment, education, and training opportunites equalling a Positive Destination.

What we have to offer
We provide a balanced programme of activities and events that develops the whole person in preparation for further education, employability and training, in an environment of social interaction and team working using an individualised approach.
Young people progress through our programmes, as well as undergo specialist training and be given the opportunity to attain national governing bodied awards.
Accessing MyMCT builds confidence and develops self-esteem. It requires persistence, commitment and has a lasting impact on the attitudes and outlook of all young people who join.
