The hands are symbolic to MCT being an organisation that embraces, holds and supports all within MCT and our communities and network.
The branches symbolise the opportunities, ambitions and personal journeys that our members embark upon as they work towards a positive destination.
The stars depict our YEs who are ‘reaching for the stars’ that will enable their vision to become a reality.
What we do
What we do
We provide a balanced programme of activities and events that develops the whole person in preparation for further education, employability and training, in an environment of social interaction and team working using an individualised approach.
Young people progress through our programmes, as well as undergo specialist training and be given the opportunity to attain national governing bodied awards.
Accessing MyMCT builds confidence and develops self-esteem. It requires persistence, commitment and has a lasting impact on the attitudes and outlook of all young people who join

How we do it
MyMCT is run by a team of dedicated and loyal individuals.
At MyMCT our team of staff and volunteers conduct the day to day running of our programmes whilst being managed by a Board.

16-24 year olds
Youth Enterprise Hub
16-30 year olds
Together with our partners, we work collaboratively enabling us to have a greater impact on social mobility and community wellbeing. At MyMCT we pride ourselves in coaching and mentoring our members to see each encounter as an opportunity to grow and develop, leading on to achieving the best possible outcomes.

We have ambitious plans for growth, development and sustainability and we look forward to working with all our new and existing members to make our goals a reality.
